“Las Lengas” Hotel in the same city, with an investment offer and project which promise the total refurbishment as well as an important enlargement and equipment of the premises.

The importance of the common spaces, such as the lobby, and particularly the restaurant and bar, which are absolutely renewed with a maximum use of their amazing views, stands out as well. The building of a cellar, which promises to delight visitors not only for its setting but also for the offer of selected wines, has been projected too.

The projected investment aims at the redecoration of the building and an absolute renewal of both the premises and the equipment and services according to the avant-garde trends, ensuring a strict care of the environment and a maximum use of the resources as well as energy and water savings.
